1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between each registered player and KudaKing. They apply to the website, mobile experience, sportsbook, live casino, slot games, promotions, payment services, loyalty benefits, and any other feature made available through KudaKing. References to the platform include every service operated under the KudaKing brand.

You accept this agreement when you create a KudaKing account or continue using the service after an updated version is published. If there is a conflict between a promotion-specific rule and these general terms, the promotion-specific rule applies only to that promotion.

Each player may hold only one KudaKing account. Your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and other requested information must be complete and accurate. Duplicate, shared, anonymous, or misleading accounts may be restricted or closed. Accounts must not be transferred, sold, leased, or used on behalf of another person.

It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing KudaKing from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, or any other location is lawful. KudaKing may restrict registration or access from particular territories where operational, legal, fraud-prevention, or compliance considerations require it.

4Account Security and Player Responsibilities

You must keep your KudaKing username, password, verification codes, and device access confidential. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account where that activity results from your failure to use reasonable security precautions. Do not disclose login credentials to family members, friends, agents, tipping groups, or payment intermediaries.

You must notify KudaKing support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, loss of a device, payment fraud, or misuse of your personal information. KudaKing may temporarily restrict the account while investigating. Security checks can include password resets, identity confirmation, device review, transaction analysis, and confirmation of the payment method used.

Players must review their wager details before confirmation. Once KudaKing accepts a valid wager, it generally cannot be cancelled merely because the player selected the wrong team, market, odds, stake, or fixture.

5Deposits and Payment Methods

KudaKing may support MYR deposits through options such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other displayed methods. Availability, minimum amounts, maximum amounts, processing windows, and verification requirements may vary by account and method.

All deposits must come from a payment account held in your name or legitimately controlled by you. Third-party deposits may be rejected, returned, or placed under review. KudaKing is not responsible for fees imposed independently by a bank, card issuer, e-wallet operator, telecommunications provider, or payment processor.

Deposited money must be used for genuine betting or gaming activity. KudaKing is not a bank, remittance service, currency exchange, or storage account. Depositing and requesting immediate withdrawal without reasonable play may trigger enhanced checks, return-to-source processing, fees reflecting actual payment costs, or account restrictions.

6Sports Betting, Casino Games, and Settlement

KudaKing displays available events, markets, odds, limits, and game rules before a wager is accepted. Odds may change until confirmation. A wager becomes valid only when it appears as accepted in the player's account history. A pending selection is not evidence that KudaKing accepted the bet.

Sports bets are settled using the official result published by the relevant competition authority or reliable data supplier at the time of settlement. Subsequent disciplinary changes generally do not affect settlement unless the market rules state otherwise. Postponed, abandoned, interrupted, or rescheduled EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, or other events are handled under the market-specific rules displayed by KudaKing.

Obvious pricing, market, software, settlement, or data errors do not create an entitlement to incorrect winnings. KudaKing may correct a plainly erroneous result or odds calculation and resettle the affected wager at the correct terms or declare it void where appropriate.

Casino outcomes are determined by the applicable game's rules and technical system. If a round is interrupted, the recorded result held by the game system will govern where available. Players must not exploit disconnections, latency, duplicated rounds, software defects, or display errors.

7Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Benefits

KudaKing promotions may include deposit matches, cashback, free bets, reload offers, esports packages, or VIP rewards. Each offer is governed by eligibility criteria and specific conditions that may include a minimum RM deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, game contribution percentage, maximum stake, expiry period, and maximum cash-out.

For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus means MYR 1,000 of qualifying wagers must be completed before eligible bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Promotions are limited to one person, household, payment method, device, network, or address unless KudaKing expressly states otherwise. KudaKing may remove promotional credit and associated winnings where evidence reasonably demonstrates abuse.

8Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to sufficient cleared balance, completed wagering conditions, identity verification, source-of-funds review where required, and confirmation that the receiving method belongs to the account holder. KudaKing will usually return funds through the original deposit route where technically possible.

Processing times shown by KudaKing are estimates rather than guarantees. Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, or bank-transfer payments may be affected by maintenance, public holidays, compliance checks, provider outages, incorrect account information, or banking delays. A request may remain pending while KudaKing performs a legitimate security review.

KudaKing may request proof of identity, proof of address, bank or e-wallet ownership, and evidence regarding the source of funds before approving a withdrawal. Documents must be genuine, current, legible, and submitted by the account holder.

9Identity, KYC, and Compliance Checks

KudaKing uses identity and transaction checks to protect players, prevent underage gambling, reduce fraud, and meet international compliance expectations. Verification may occur at registration, before withdrawal, after unusual activity, when account information changes, or at any other reasonable time.

You authorise KudaKing to compare submitted information with reliable records and payment details, subject to the Privacy Policy. Forged, altered, stolen, or misleading documents may lead to closure and investigation.

10Responsible Gambling

KudaKing is intended for entertainment, not as a way to earn income or recover financial losses. Players should use only disposable funds, avoid borrowing to gamble, and never chase losses. You remain responsible for deciding whether a wager is affordable.

KudaKing may offer deposit limits, loss limits, session controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion request is confirmed, access may be blocked for the selected period, subject to the applicable responsible gambling process. You must not attempt to bypass a restriction by creating another account or using someone else's details.

11Prohibited Conduct

You must not use KudaKing to engage in any of the following:

• Fraud, identity misuse, payment reversal abuse, money laundering, or unlawful financial activity.
• Collusion, match manipulation, insider betting, coordinated bonus exploitation, or use of confidential sporting information.
• Automated betting, scraping, bots, unauthorised scripts, reverse engineering, or interference with KudaKing systems.
• Use of another person's account, payment method, identity documents, or self-excluded profile.
• Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or dishonest communication with KudaKing staff or other users.
• Exploitation of obvious errors, latency, technical defects, duplicated transactions, or incorrectly displayed odds.

KudaKing may investigate suspected prohibited conduct and preserve relevant records. Where reasonably necessary, wagers may be voided, withdrawals paused, benefits removed, or accounts closed while the matter is reviewed.

12Suspension, Closure, and Dormant Accounts

You may ask KudaKing to close your account, provided outstanding wagers, verification matters, and withdrawal requests are resolved. Account closure does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before closure.

KudaKing may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, identity concerns, underage access, duplicate registration, prohibited conduct, legal risk, payment disputes, security threats, or extended inactivity. Where lawful and appropriate, any legitimate cleared balance will be returned after required deductions and checks.

If a KudaKing account remains inactive for an extended period, reasonable administrative measures may apply after advance notice. Any dormant-account rule will be communicated before a fee or restriction is introduced.

13Availability, Liability, and Disclaimers

KudaKing aims to provide a stable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, internet failures, device compatibility, telecommunications disruption, payment-provider outages, cyber incidents, or events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KudaKing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from platform interruption, player error, loss of credentials, reliance on statistics, or inability to access a market. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Sports previews, odds movement, match statistics, live scores, and editorial content are provided for information and entertainment. They are not guarantees of a result. Every KudaKing wager carries a risk of loss.

14Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

KudaKing branding, design elements, software interfaces, written material, graphics, databases, and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the platform for lawful entertainment.

You must not reproduce, republish, sell, frame, mirror, modify, extract, or commercially exploit KudaKing content without prior written permission. This restriction does not prevent normal browser use or personal viewing of account records.

Severability and Entire Agreement
